Bartek Zachara

Bartek Zachara is a member of the firm’s Technology Sector and co-leads the Software Engineering Practice, based in the Madrid office. He focuses on senior technology, engineering, product, and data roles, across all major technology hubs in Europe. Bartek works with a variety of clients ranging from high-growth consumer platforms, to well-established software businesses, and the largest internet companies globally. Bartek has more than a decade of experience in the field of executive search, having joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2010.
