Mark Adams recruits a broad range of senior executives for private equity and publicly traded financial services firms. Based in Boston, Mark advises global clients to align talent with their overall business strategy, assessing existing leadership teams and developing succession strategies for boards and C-suite executives. Currently a member of the Board & CEO Advisory Partners Sector at Russell Reynolds Associates, Mark previously led the firm’s US operations. Before he joined Russell Reynolds, Mark worked at Marsh, where he was a managing director. Prior to Marsh, Mark served in the British Army in a range of operational, management, strategic and top-level business planning roles.
Mark received his MA in modern history from Magdalen College, Oxford University. He also received an MA in military studies from Cranfield University and an MPhil in international relations from Pembroke College, Cambridge University. He is a graduate of both the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and Army Command and Staff College.
