Sean Dineen

Sean Dineen partners with leading organizations to increase the potential and performance of their executive teams. Based in Boston, Sean is a member of the Leadership & Succession Sector at Russell Reynolds Associates. He works across sectors and geographies, but has a particular focus on client work in the private equity space. Sean has more than a decade of executive search experience and brings deep insight to his advisory work. He joined Russell Reynolds from another globally recognized leadership advisory firm. There he was a leadership strategy consulting working on CEO and board advisory, leadership transformation, executive transitions and development. He was also a member of the firm’s Americas leadership team and led Hong Kong operations. Earlier in his career, he worked as a principal consultant in China for another management consulting firm.
